Client Cancellation Policy
To keep in line with the Integrity of our services at Lumah Wellness Skin & Beauty, we ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice if you can not make your appointment. This allows us the time to fill your booking slot to allow for good business flow and healthy client/business relationships. 50% of your booking fee will be payable if we are not notified.

As much as we would like, we cannot guarantee any service for late arrivals (15 minutes or more). In most cases, we will have to reschedule the client with full payment of booked service or possibly abbreviate the intended services.
We ask that clients call us (not by email or social media) at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Failure to give us 24 hours’ notice incurs a fee of 50% of your booking cost. Payment due at time of cancelation.
