Lumah Youth Wellbeing
Lumah is growing into a Social Entreprise. This means that every time you use a service at Lumah you are contributing to the health and wellbeing of your entire community. A percentage of our profits will be filtered into the community through supporting young people with their wellbeing. This will be achieved through creating safe spaces for young people to learn about their health and wellness through yoga, education and supporting them to find their innate knowledge to read and respond to their own needs. This is the most effective way to keep children safe in our modern world.
This free program offers a series of workshops, yoga & meditation classes aimed at educating all young people in supporting their physical and mental health throughout their life time. Gold coin donations are welcomed to sustain the program.
Youth Wellbeing Programs can also be designed for schools & sports clubs. Topics can include: Safety in the community, online safety, yoga for kids, yoga for teens, training in child safety for adults, child safe policy development for organizations and clubs.
Please get in touch with Ciara to discuss structures & fees.
