When humans are at their optimum they are skilled at embodiment – that is the ability to think, feel and know. In other words we are in touch with our inner compass. Stress and trauma disconnect us from our bodies making it difficult to get in touch with our emotions or to over-ride an overactive thinking brain.

Yoga at Lumah is offered to support you to engage with your body in the safest possible way to encourage your nervous system to release the build up of stress. We work with the principles of mindfulness, choice and empowerment, curiosity, education and community.
